Feyenoord 3 – 0 Sampdoria

Sampdoria went down 3-0 in their most high profile game this pre-season.

Feyenoord looked the sharper side throughout the match, taking the lead through Fer from a corner on the 19th minute. Just before half time Feyenoord doubled their lead through a penalty from Bruins after Marco Rossi hand balled Makaay’s shot on the line and was sent off.

Sampdoria continued to under perform in the second half, not causing Feyenoord much problems at all. Feyenoord went on to seal the win on the 87th minute through a tidy goal from De Guzman.
