It has been confirmed that Andrea Poli has left Sampdoria to join Inter Milan on loan for the season. Inter also have the option to sign Poli on a permanent basis at the end of the season.
The promising youngster has been linked with a move away from the Blucerchiati for the last few seasons and now he has finally got his move.
On a positive note, it has been announced on transfer deadline day that Sampdoria have signed Italian international winger Pasquale Foggia from Lazio on loan with an option to sign at the end of the season.

Sampdoria confirm Romero swoop

Sampdoria have signed Argentine international goalkeeper Sergio Romero from Dutch club AZ.
After weeks of speculation, the transfer has now been made official by the port club who will be playing in Serie B this term.
The 24-year-old has signed a three-year contract and he’ll be presented to the media on Tuesday afternoon.

Sampdoria have signed last seasons Serie B top goal scorer on a permanent basis.
Federico Piovaccari scored 23 goals in 39 games last season for Cittadella.
Sampdoria will be hoping the powerful forward will bring the goals that will send them straight back up to Serie A.
New 2011/12 Kits And Sponsor Revealed

Today Sampdoria revealed their new kit for the upcoming 2011/12 Serie B season.
The club also announced it’s new sponsor. Gamenet will sponsor the team for the next two seasons.
